Al Kurz / Owner & Founder
In 1983 Al officially started the business with a used lawn boy and an old Ford truck. His passion for lawn and landscaping has always remained the same, along with his hard-work ethic. Throughout the years the business has expanded from basic mowing to an all inclusive outdoor service company. Al‘s vast knowledge has been gained from over 40 years in the industry. He still remains in the field to ensure quality is delivered to the customers. He also specializes in gas and water utilities.
Linda Kurz / Owner & Account Manager
Linda has been apart of Al’s Lawn since their early beginnings. She has always worked towards maintaining order and keeping track of customer service. With many years comes great experience and organization to keep all of our clients updated. Linda has been the hardest working person behind the scenes to ensure a smooth operation.
Will Kurz / Owner & Operations Manager
At a young age Will started learning the business from his dad. It didn’t take long before he was working next to the crew. Over the past 20 years a lot has changed except for his desire to learn, and appreciation for great customers. He has taken several elements of the business and expanded the offering of services. These include irrigation, retaining walls, and hardscaping. Will has a Master‘s degree and holds many certifications which includes Segmental Retaining Walls. He is also a licensed pesticide applicator.
Sam Douchey / Landscape & Special Projects Technician
Sam joined the crew in 2017, he also is a dedicated team member who shares the same insight. His experience has proven to be invaluable when it comes to getting the work done. Throughout his time with the company he also has been apart of the wide variety of services that we offer. He has a background in Engineering along with a Bachelor‘s degree.
